I met Josh Ross after having had my property on the market for nearly 3 months with poor results. I had a 1-bedroom condominium with a den in the Landmark section of Alexandria that was first listed. Weeks would pass without anyone coming to visit and each day there were more condominiums being listed in my area. There was a surplus of inventory and very few buyers – things were not looking good. My listing agreement with a previous Realtor had just expired, and Josh called me to see if I were interested in letting Re/Max Olympic handle the listing.

The house is going great. We put in new hardwoods, new carpet, painted every square inch of the house, redid some parts of each bathroom, 4 ceiling fans, recess can lighting, many new light fixtures , wood blinds and much more. We are so happy and feel very grateful to live in our new home! It has been a very rewarding six months.
